Welcome to Pixel Golf! By purchasing products or services from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order. These terms apply to all transactions made through our website, over the phone, or via email.

1. Product Representation

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, pricing, and specifications are accurate. However, product availability, features, and specifications are subject to change without notice by the manufacturer. Pixel Golf is not responsible for any discrepancies caused by supplier changes or website errors.

All images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual product appearance may vary depending on manufacturer or custom specifications.

2. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Pixel Golf. Once we receive your order, we will confirm availability, finalize pricing (if applicable), and coordinate shipping details. Pixel Golf reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including in the case of pricing errors, fraudulent activity, or supplier issues.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment is required before an order is processed or shipped. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, ACH, and other approved payment platforms. For custom or installation projects, a deposit may be required to begin work.

4. Shipping

Most products ship directly from our partner manufacturers (Carl’s Place, GrassTex, and Foresight Sports). Shipping timelines vary and are dependent on product availability, customization, and freight logistics. Pixel Golf is not liable for shipping delays or damages once a product leaves the manufacturer’s facility, though we will help troubleshoot and support resolution where possible.

5. Returns & Cancellations

In general:

We will help troubleshoot any product issues first.
Custom or made-to-order products are non-refundable unless defective.
Return eligibility, timing, restocking fees, and refund processing are governed by the policies of the individual manufacturer.
Cancelled orders may incur processing or restocking fees, especially for custom products.

6. Installation Services

If Pixel Golf provides installation services, we’ll coordinate timelines, site readiness, and access with you directly. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all space and electrical requirements are met prior to installation. Pixel Golf is not responsible for structural modifications, permit procurement, or delays caused by unprepared installation sites.

7. Use of Products

Products purchased through Pixel Golf are intended for residential or commercial recreational use. We are not liable for misuse, improper installation by third parties, or injuries resulting from incorrect use. Always follow manufacturer guidelines and safety instructions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (including logos, photos, and written content) is the property of Pixel Golf or its suppliers and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Pixel Golf is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any product or service purchased through us. Our liability is limited to the cost of the product or service provided.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
