At Pixel Golf, we’re committed to helping you build your dream golf simulator with confidence. As an authorized wholesaler for Carl’s Place, GrassTex, and Foresight Sports, we work closely with each manufacturer to ensure your products are delivered quickly, accurately, and in excellent condition.
SHIPPING
Shipping times and methods vary depending on the manufacturer and the products ordered. Most items are shipped directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse. Once your order is placed, we’ll provide tracking information and keep you updated on delivery status.

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days.

Larger items such as turf, screens, or launch monitors may ship via freight and require someone to be present at delivery.
Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If there’s any visible damage or issues with the shipment, let us know within 48 hours so we can help coordinate a resolution.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help. Please contact us directly and we’ll troubleshoot the problem with you first — sometimes it's a simple fix. If a return or exchange is necessary, we’ll walk you through the process based on the return policy of the specific manufacturer:

Carl’s Place accepts returns on most standard products within 30 days, but custom items (like custom-sized enclosures or screens) are final sale.

GrassTex and Foresight Sports handle returns on a case-by-case basis in line with their individual policies.

Return shipping costs may apply and restocking fees may be charged, depending on the manufacturer.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Many of the products we sell — including custom golf simulator enclosures and turf cuts — are made to order. These custom items are typically non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
